| "I purchased a motorcycle in June of 2008, had it for two months, and it got totaled. A few days after the accident I brought it in for an estimate on repair. Sota, in the service department, was very helpful and professional. When it was determined the bike was totaled, I wanted a new motorcycle. So my wife talked with the finance manager, Eric, and settled on a new bike. We had Justin as a salesman for this process. The whole process of dealing with insurance and the bank to get a new motorcycle took over a month. It ended up not working out in the end, because we couldn't get the financing we thought we could, but the service we received from Justin was top notch. He called us every time something came up, wether the news was good or bad. I have worked in retail for 10+ years and I know good service. All in all, even though it didn't work out, I had a good experience at Kline. I will return in the Spring to get a new bike. Thanks to everyone at Kline who helped us out with this ordeal." |

| "My Bike broke down in front of your shop at 2610 Hwy 61 St. Paul, MN I was directed to service manager "Frank". He stopped what he was doing and assed my bike. Did some practical tests on it a quickly fixed the electrical problem I had. The process took about a half hour. As he was working I asked him many questions about the motorcycles they carry. Very friendly guy. Very reasonable service charge. I drive a 1993 Suzuki motorcycle and when I am ready to upgrade I will go back to your shop because of the comfortable atmosphere I experienced. | "Hello from IRAQ, My name is Spc Anderson Duane M. I was driving past your dealership on 7/19/2005. I had only the day before purchased a Twin Peaks 700 from one of your competiters. I was totaly lied to by that dealer and was much less than happy with the purchase, Mainly due to the salesmans misrepresentation of the condition of the vehicle. I purchased it online and had only what the salesman had told me to go on and the add. It had said that the Twin Peaks had 28 miles o it and I expected a pristine machine barely used at all. Upon my arriving a month after I had paid in full for the machine I was let down terribly at the condition and current mileage now reading 230 miles. Every piece of plastic was sctratched up and the transmission made funny noises that they tried to pass on as a (NORMAL SUZUKI THING). I was treated to the sight of the salesman pulling brush and leafs out of the front of the machine and seeing the bald tires I was not impressed at all. I had just that morning made up my mind and called THE HITCHING POST to tell them I was going to be returning the 4 wheeler because of the misrepresentation of the condition of there product, when my friend and I saw your sign. Like a light at the end of a tunnel we quickly turned around and headed inside your wonderful showroom. Bound and determined to find a 4 wheeler to fill my needs being on leave I had little time to waste and your staff made every effort to expidite the process and get me back to having fun on the trails. I want to send out my most sincere THANK YOU to all the people tht made buying my Twin Peaks 700 such a pleasant experience and so quick. I have no problems to report with the machine and now 182 miles on the odometer filled with fun and enjoyment.
