"By far the best sales experience I went through working with Todd Hughes at Kline. My wife purchased a ATV from Kline in 2007 for my B-day. She was so pleased with Todds no-pushy and professional sales approach that we soon purcahsed another Polaris ATV from Todd. Before that time she was totally against me and herself getting an ATV. "had a problem using my suzuki card to pay for service on my atv ,left comment late friday , the manager bill folled up ist thing in the am mondat the 12th of november it can be done it just has to be sent through parts nice follow up ...i am happy and good job guys ,thanks great service on my atv also one day in one out."

"Hello from IRAQ, My name is Spc Anderson Duane M. I was driving past your dealership on 7/19/2005. I had only the day before purchased a Twin Peaks 700 from one of your competiters. I was totaly lied to by that dealer and was much less than happy with the purchase, Mainly due to the salesmans misrepresentation of the condition of the vehicle. I purchased it online and had only what the salesman had told me to go on and the add. It had said that the Twin Peaks had 28 miles o it and I expected a pristine machine barely used at all. Upon my arriving a month after I had paid in full for the machine I was let down terribly at the condition and current mileage now reading 230 miles. Every piece of plastic was sctratched up and the transmission made funny noises that they tried to pass on as a (NORMAL SUZUKI THING). I was treated to the sight of the salesman pulling brush and leafs out of the front of the machine and seeing the bald tires I was not impressed at all.
I had just that morning made up my mind and called THE HITCHING POST to tell them I was going to be returning the 4 wheeler because of the misrepresentation of the condition of there product, when my friend and I saw your sign. Like a light at the end of a tunnel we quickly turned around and headed inside your wonderful showroom. Bound and determined to find a 4 wheeler to fill my needs being on leave I had little time to waste and your staff made every effort to expidite the process and get me back to having fun on the trails.
I want to send out my most sincere THANK YOU to all the people tht made buying my Twin Peaks 700 such a pleasant experience and so quick.
I have no problems to report with the machine and now 182 miles on the odometer filled with fun and enjoyment. This is one satisfied customer that will look back to your dealership for my future atv or motorcycle purchases.
